The women of the red hat society dedicated a bench today to their local founder. Dozens of ladies dressed in colorful, jazzy clothes came to dedicate a bench to Victoria Jenkins at the twin falls city park. Jenkins introduced the society to the Magic Valley with the first chapter called the royal russets.
